Guided Energy builds a software platform that aggregates data from vehicles and public/private charging points and uses machine learning to optimize when and where fleet EVs charge. The product integrates with existing telematics and supervision platforms via APIs to give operators a unified, real-time view of EV operations. Customers include Sixt and Addison Lee, and the company already tracks more than 1,000 vehicles on its platform. Guided Energy charges a per-vehicle subscription (around €30–€40 per vehicle per month) and says it can deliver direct and indirect savings of up to $10,000 per vehicle by optimizing charging costs and operational routing. Co-founder and CEO Anant Kapoor previously led product teams on fleet management software focused on emissions, and CTO Eric Daoud Attoyan holds a PhD in machine learning from Inria. The company expects its tracked vehicle count to double in the next few months after signing additional contracts.
