Gupy is a technology platform that began as an AI-powered recruitment and selection solution and has expanded into digital admission and employee development tools. The company offers a portfolio of integrated HR products including a free jobs marketplace (Portal de Vagas) that lists over 20,000 vacancies per month. Gupy reports more than 1,500 clients, 22.5 million users and customers in over 10 Latin American countries. The startup says it has been growing more than 100% year-over-year. Gupy acquired corporate education startup Niduu in 2021 to bolster its training and development capabilities. With the new capital, the company plans to continue expanding, invest in technology, broaden its solution set, and improve candidate and HR experiences to boost employability in Brazil.
