HackerPulse offers a dashboard that integrates with developer tools such as GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket, as well as revenue markers and user analytics, to show where engineering teams spend time and where bottlenecks occur. The platform is designed to help managers form effective project teams and improve workflows rather than to measure individual output (it cannot track lines of code). Originally built as a tool for engineers to track their own progress, the product launched in July 2024 and its early version amassed about 20,000 users. HackerPulse has onboarded enterprise customers including Preply, Coverflex and DiscoverCars and is currently targeting large engineering organizations in telecom, manufacturing and logistics. The company says it differentiates by focusing on how teams operate and optimizing cross-team work rather than producing report-based tooling. Its immediate plans are to drive sales, build more product features and grow toward several millions in ARR before pursuing a Series A.
