Halfmore is a Silicon Valley–based fintech startup, founded by Korean Stanford alumni, that aims to make wealth and spending management tools historically used by the ultra‑wealthy available to ordinary families. The platform plans to offer new savings and investment structures that enable children of typical households to receive tax benefits, alongside AI-based household spending management. The founding team includes CEO Lee Juhyun, CTO Lee Jae‑beom, and CCO Lee Ga‑hong, with backgrounds at GE, SK, Stanford, YouTube, and Yale. The company says it will launch a closed beta this year and intends to deliver family‑office‑level, personalized asset and spending management to U.S. households and grow into a super app. The business has just completed an early-stage Pre-Seed financing and is positioning its product around tax-advantaged account structures and AI automation.
