HalioDx operates Immunoscore, a diagnostic platform that combines immunohistochemistry and advanced digital pathology to analyze the tumor microenvironment and help oncologists optimize patient management. In colon cancer the company has accumulated strong clinical evidence for predicting individual risk of recurrence and is progressing toward reimbursement decisions in several countries. HalioDx has developed an immune biomarker partnering program with biopharma to assess the predictive value of Immunoscore and other proprietary assays, notably Immunosign and Halioseek, across various therapeutic modalities and indications, including companion diagnostics approaches for specific immunotherapies. The company intends to use the proceeds of the recent financing to accelerate development of Immunoscore for colon cancer and selected additional cancer types and to establish commercial activities in the US. HalioDx has a team of more than 130 employees, operates a CLIA laboratory, and maintains compliant facilities to develop, manufacture, register and market in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products.
