Handshaik was founded by Joshua Port and is an AI-native platform aimed at transforming the deal origination sector. Port conceived the idea while working in M&A at KPMG and built the product in stealth for 15 months before launching earlier this year. The startup has aggregated 5.5 million company profiles and has attracted hundreds of users since launch. Handshaik is London-based and led by a 26-year-old founder. The company recently raised £1.7m in a pre-seed round from more than 20 angel investors. Public reporting did not disclose revenue figures or a valuation.
