Hangyo Ice Creams is a consumer food brand based in Mangaluru, Karnataka, founded in 2003 by Pradeep Pai. The company produces about 1.2 lakh liters of ice cream daily across two manufacturing facilities in Karnataka and sells through over 350 distributors and more than 30,000 retail touchpoints. Its product range includes kulfis, sorbets and other ice cream formats, and it has a strong presence in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Maharashtra. Hangyo employs between 51–200 people and has scaled manufacturing to meet rising demand for premium ice cream in India. With the new capital from Faering Capital, the company plans to enhance production capacity, improve manufacturing processes, broaden its product line and expand distribution across South India with sights on national expansion.
