Hanto is a managed commercial real estate services provider that integrates office spaces, retail, food and beverages, micro-stays and rooftop gardens into an IoT-based connected commercial real estate offering. The startup was founded in 2019 by Aashit Verma and operates close to 70 offices across Bangalore, with clients including Cred, Capillary, Chaipoint and JK Technologies. Hanto has raised $1.8 million (Rs 15 crore) in a seed round, a mix of debt and equity, led by KredX founder Anurag Jain with participation from angel investors. The company will use the funding to expand the team, acquire new buildings, and expand geographically across India. Hanto aims to enter other metros and tier II cities such as Hyderabad and Pune over the next five years. It plans to grow its revenue to around Rs 700 crore by 2028.
