Happiest Minds provides an integrated suite of design, implementation, testing, infrastructure management and security services to help organizations in industries such as travel & transportation, media, manufacturing, CPG, BFSI and retail implement multichannel commerce and demand-driven supply chain solutions. The company was launched on August 29, 2011 and is led by CEO and Managing Director Vikram Gulati. It already serves customers in the US, UK and India and operates offices in Princeton, New Jersey, and Reading, UK. The $45M Series A financing is intended to fund hiring of new staff, additional infrastructure and acceleration of global sales and marketing efforts. Ashok Soota, an IT industry veteran and backer in the round, will serve as Executive Chairman. Investors in the round include Canaan Partners, Intel Capital, Ashok Soota and the founders of Happiest Minds.
