Customers include large retail chains such as IKEA, Lidl and Carrefour and enterprise brands including Microsoft, McDonald’s, London Heathrow Airport, LinkedIn and the British National Health Service. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Tampere, Finland, the company employs 65 people and maintains a US office in Florida. Following a $14.5m Series A, HappyOrNot plans to invest in research and development and accelerate international consolidation and expansion, prioritizing the USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia and Southeast Asia.
