Harbour Antibodies
90 Bridge St Ste 100, Newton, Massachusetts, 02478, United States
Overview
Harbour Antibodies engineers transgenic mouse lines that produce human antibodies, offering H2L2 mice for conventional human antibodies and HCAb mice for heavy chain–only antibodies. Both transgenic lines are available for licensing to biotech, pharma and academic labs. The HCAb platform also facilitates generation of soluble human VH domains and construction of multi‑functional or bispecific molecules. The company says its mice reduce cost and speed drug discovery by using the natural immune response to generate high‑affinity human antibodies. Harbour Antibodies was established in 2006 and operates from Rotterdam and Cambridge, Mass. The recent €2.5M funding will be used to continue R&D and commercialize its technologies.
