Founded in 2023, Harmonic develops Mathematical Superintelligence (MSI) technology, with its flagship Aristotle model recently attaining gold-medal-level performance at the International Mathematical Olympiad. Aristotle is already publicly available via API, where mathematicians and researchers are using it to accelerate proofs and generate novel discoveries. The model relies on formal verification through Lean4 to minimize hallucinations, and recent upgrades added plain-English input support, automated lemma generation, and a streamlined terminal interface. Led by CEO Tudor Achim alongside Vlad Tenev, the company is positioning MSI as an indispensable research tool. Harmonic plans to use new capital to scale operations and advance product development. The company’s latest funding values it at $1.45 billion, and it has now secured $295 million across three rounds since 2024.
