Haven Cyber Technologies Group is a cybersecurity provider based in Luxembourg and London that operates through its subsidiaries ITC Secure and Onevinn. Its operating companies provide enterprises with cybersecurity services and products. The company received a further €5.7M investment from C5 Capital. Haven says it will use the funds to enhance its solutions, products and consulting competencies. The group is led by Andre Pienaar. The announcement included senior finance appointments—Andrew Miller as Group Chief Financial Officer and James Armstrong as Finance Director of ITC Secure—to lead the next phase of growth.
