The startup highlights regional market immaturity on regulation and competition as an opportunity and cites potential cost reductions from digital delivery. Health at Hand has relationships with Astrolabs and DMCC’s Google-partnered hub and lists Dr. Pat Basu on its board. The company has raised roughly $4.1 million to date.
