Health2047 is an integrated innovation enterprise dedicated to healthcare innovation, developing and commercializing technology-based solutions in data liquidity, chronic disease reduction, radical productivity change, and value-based care. The Menlo Park, CA-based company raised $27.2m in follow-on funding provided by its founding partner, the American Medical Association. Health2047 will use the new funds to ramp up development and commercialization of new technology-based solutions in chronic disease reduction, radical productivity change, and value-based healthcare. The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Lawrence K. Cohen. It also added a CFO and three new managing directors — Gary Cookhorn, Daphne Li, Piers Nash and Lúcia Soares — to expand its leadership team.
