HearMe is a Polish mental-healthcare startup that provides company plans allowing employees to speak with qualified psychotherapists via video calls or text chat through its app. The service emphasizes IT-focused specialists but is flexible and serves clients across industries; 17 companies from fields including technology and logistics have already subscribed. HearMe enables anonymous access from employees' phones and reports that 15–20% of employees schedule at least one visit, compared with about 5% penetration for classic EAPs. The founding team (Kasia Gryzlo, Michał Pośnik, and Paweł Pierścionek) developed the MVP in Demium’s incubator and has IT backgrounds that informed the initial focus. In February HearMe raised €100K in a pre-seed round from Spanish venture firm Think Bigger to further develop the product and support international expansion. Plans for the new capital include launching in the UK and building an HR-facing tool informed by client feedback to help shape workplace wellbeing strategies.
