Helios is an analytics platform that predicts and mitigates risk across agricultural supply chains. The company recently launched Cersi, described as the world’s first supply chain AI analyst, which lets executives ask questions and gain insights in seconds using billions of climate, economic, currency, and political risk signals. Helios centralizes billions of data points into an easy-to-use Supplier Dashboard that provides real-time, farm-level insights into suppliers’ crops so teams can act before disruptions occur. The platform aims to help managers hedge supply availability and prevent commodity shortages. According to the company, teams using Cersi increase their productivity by about 40% on average. Helios is advised by Bill Hovis and Una Hrnjak. The company also announced a $1.85 million pre-seed funding round led by Supply Change Capital with participation from January Ventures.
