Hello Customer is a Ghent-based customer data platform that helps businesses analyse customer feedback and expectations through a SaaS offering. The platform collects simple open feedback surveys and applies linguistic algorithms and artificial intelligence to automate analysis of customer experience and sentiment. CEO Leslie Cottenjé says the platform makes it possible to analyse customer experiences quickly and in an automated manner to determine how customers feel about a brand, shop, product or service. Since starting in 2015, the company has expanded into the Netherlands, France and Spain. Management says the company’s biggest ambition is to land and expand in the US. The company recently raised €6 million and had previously closed a €2 million seed round in 2018.
