Hello Soju is a ready-to-drink sparkling soju brand reimagining Korea’s traditional spirit for a global generation. The product is made in California using rice-based spirits and all-natural ingredients and is sold in five flavors: Asian Pear, Lemon Yuzu, Green Grape, Peach, and Lychee. The brand debuted in 2023 with launches at Coachella and EDC and earned top honors at the Chilled 100 Awards. Hello Soju is relaunching nationwide with a pre-sale in April and a full market return by late summer. Management changes include the appointment of Elisabeth Baron as CEO and new board members Dan Ginsberg and Sandra Kang. The company plans expanded production, strategic marketing, and a summer introduction of a premium 700ml rice-based soju spirit.
