HelloBoss is a Tokyo-based recruitment technology company whose platform, launched in 2023, leverages proprietary AI-matching algorithms and a database of 5.5 million companies to connect jobseekers with employers worldwide. The product suite includes free generative-AI tools such as resume and photo creators, career mentors, self-introduction generators, and automated job-posting features. In collaboration with U.S. HR-tech firm Deel, the company recently introduced Global Remote Hire, allowing employers to contract overseas AI talent on flexible three-month terms. HelloBoss has also rolled out an AI Agent that streamlines hiring and job search: candidates receive instant, scored job matches and auto-generated application materials, while employers get AI-generated job descriptions, candidate shortlists with reasoning, personalized outreach messages, and suggested interview questions. The platform supports multi-channel communication (phone, email, SMS) and emphasizes a drag-and-drop, map-based interface.
