The solution maintains real-time medication plans, automates ordering and documentation, and integrates quality-assurance checks, saving care staff several hours per week while improving patient safety. The product is already connected to Germany’s Telematikinfrastruktur and employs AI to capture and reconcile medication data from multiple sources. Currently used by roughly 100 care organisations, the company aims to serve more than 2,000 providers by 2030. With future development, hellomed intends to broaden the platform to cover four service lines—Care, Family, Professional and Pharmacy—positioning itself as a comprehensive service for chronically ill patients. The target market includes over 30,000 German care facilities and millions of private households facing similar medication-management challenges.
