Launched at the end of 2024, the mobile app has surpassed 61,000 downloads, averages more than 1,500 daily active users, and has processed over NT$20 million in cumulative order value. The company positions itself as an OMO retail and gig-economy play, allowing anyone with a smartphone to start earning by listing items they buy in brick-and-mortar shops. HELPnBUY plans to complete market development in Japan by November 2025 and formally launch Japanese product proxy services in December 2025, followed by expansion to other Asian countries and Western markets in 2026. The platform’s guiding principle is mutual benefit among consumers, proxy buyers, and partner businesses, aiming to become the most trusted global proxy-buying ecosystem. HELPnBUY recently secured a NT$24 million seed round that will fund further technology development and international expansion.
