The platform is free to use and reported growth in 2021 above expectations, now drawing over 1,000 visitors per day. The company collaborates with partners such as Groupe Mutuel, Swisscom, Zur Rose, Spitex 24 and Limmex to prepare and offer services to users. Helvetic Care is backed by roughly 30 private shareholders and has, for the first time, attracted a listed institutional partner. CEO Alexander Delgado leads a small team; Chairman Otto Bitterli says the fresh capital will allow the firm to test different business models. Management plans to invest in greater interactivity and strengthen the community around the platform.
