Hemanext is a Lexington, MA–based medical technology company dedicated to improving the quality, safety, efficacy, and cost of transfusion therapy. Led by CEO Martin Cannon, the company’s R&D centers on the study and application of hypoxically stored red blood cells (RBCs). Its HEMANEXT ONE system limits O2 and CO2 levels in the storage environment and is CE Marked in Europe for processing and storage of CPD/PAGGSM leukocyte‑reduced RBCs prepared within 24 hours of collection.
