HENRY
2513 2do a Mansilla General, Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires F.D., Argentina
Overview
Henry runs an intensive five-month, full-time software developer bootcamp (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.) that combines technical training with job coaching and resume workshops. The school uses income-share agreements so students pay 15% of monthly salary for 24 months once they earn at least $500 per month, and students owe nothing if they don’t reach that threshold within five years of completing the program. Henry targets Spanish-speaking Latin America and focuses on back-end and full-stack junior developer skills; it also maintains an alumni database with free up‑skilling and reskilling resources. The company reports 200 graduates and is working with 600 students across Colombia, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina, and says more than 80% of students in its first cohort have found jobs so far. Internally the remote team is reported as 20% women and 64% men, and Henry emphasizes recruiting more women into software development. The startup plans to expand into Mexico and add Portuguese instruction as it seeks to scale its model while maintaining close instructor-student interaction.
