Henry targets Spanish-speaking Latin America and focuses on back-end and full-stack junior developer skills; it also maintains an alumni database with free up‑skilling and reskilling resources. The company reports 200 graduates and is working with 600 students across Colombia, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina, and says more than 80% of students in its first cohort have found jobs so far. Internally the remote team is reported as 20% women and 64% men, and Henry emphasizes recruiting more women into software development.
