HeRo Study is a cloud platform that enables universities to organize, manage, analyze and plan institutional activities. The first version of the product was released in 2020 and the platform is implemented in eight large Kazakh universities, serving 70,000 users. Users cite three key advantages: personalization of the educational process, working with big data, and managing all processes within a single digital environment. Beyond software delivery, HeRo Study provides staff training and methodological support to help universities optimize business processes during integration. The company plans to scale the platform into Asian and U.S. markets and to evolve the product around a low-code/no-code approach so universities can adapt modules with minimal developer involvement. Investments will be used for market expansion and further product development.
