HETIKUS offers an end-to-end SaaS platform to centralize and automate governance, risk and compliance workflows, aiming to reduce time and errors and improve regulatory adherence. The platform was developed to replace fragmented software and consulting approaches and currently has a commercializable corporate governance management application. The company was founded in Madrid in February 2018 and positions itself as the first comprehensive RegTech platform of its kind. HETIKUS won second prize for best digital product with social impact at the Product Hacker Awards 2018. Following its recent financing, the startup plans to expand its sales team and begin international commercialization focused on Latin America, Europe and the United States. The company says the funding will accelerate market entry and international growth efforts.
