HexemBio develops regenerative therapies aimed at rejuvenating aging hematopoietic stem cells by recreating the developmental environment (the Synthetic Human Yolk Sac) where those cells initially arise. The company aims to restore patients' own stem cell regenerative capacity to improve bone marrow transplantation outcomes and explore approaches to extend human healthspan.
