HeyFlow develops an employee-experience and diagnostics platform that gives enterprises data-driven insight into how female reproductive-health issues affect their workforce. The software helps organisations reshape policies to reduce absenteeism, improve retention, and close gender pay gaps, while also supporting ESG reporting requirements. Current customers include large employers such as Hitachi Vantara, BIMA, and Digitas UK. The founding team—Sophie Creese, Sabrina Walls, and Nick Dean—are lifelong advocates of gender equality and have recently added applied behavioural scientist Kate Thompson as a non-executive director. With fresh funding, the company plans to layer artificial-intelligence–powered, on-demand learning onto the platform to deliver personalised support at scale. HeyFlow is also working toward global expansion to reach more enterprise clients and further its mission of ending workplace disadvantage for women.
