HiJiffy develops conversational AI to automate and digitise hotel–guest interactions. The company says it currently serves over 1,800 hotels in more than 50 countries. HiJiffy plans to strengthen its presence in the UK and France and to expand into the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). The recent funding will support a team increase from 30 to more than 50 employees and the hiring of 20 professionals across product, sales, marketing, customer support and HR. HiJiffy also plans to launch a new product aimed at changing how hotels interact with guests. The company refreshed its brand for the first time since its 2016 foundation.
