HiNa Battery

Building 28, Chuangzhi Park, Liyang, Jiangsu, China

Overview

Founded in 2017 with core technology originating from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhongke Haina holds multiple core patents and has received national and provincial innovation awards. The company has built a full production chain capability, including a materials R&D platform, hundred‑ton‑scale pilot positive/negative electrode material lines and MWh‑scale sodium‑ion battery pilot production. Its products have been applied in low‑speed vehicles, two‑wheelers and 5G base stations; notable milestones include a 48V/10Ah pack for e‑bikes (2017), a 72V/80Ah sodium‑ion EV pack (2018) and a 100 kWh sodium‑ion storage station (2019). Zhongke Haina recently completed an "亿元级" Series A financing from Wutongshu Capital. The company plans to use the proceeds to scale production, lower costs and extend the sodium‑ion battery industrial chain. It will build, with Huayang New Materials Technology Group, a positive and negative electrode materials line with annual capacity of 2,000 tonnes to accelerate mass production and capture market share as grid‑scale storage expands under national carbon‑neutrality policies.
