HireSweet scans GitHub, Stack Overflow and other technical platforms to identify engineers who are not actively applying. It processes unstructured data such as profile descriptions and categorizes developers by skills, projects and adaptability. The product delivers a daily selection of candidate profiles and provides tools to send templated emails, monitor replies and progress hires. By automating the manual work of browsing repositories and contributor histories, HireSweet aims to speed up sourcing of hard-to-reach talent. The startup already serves clients including Doctrine, eFounders, Deezer, Nokia Health, Sqreen and CallDesk, most of which are based in France. With the new funding, HireSweet plans to pursue clients in the U.S. and other European countries.
