Hirio is a Kiev-based no-code platform that lets managers design and automate applicant funnels for mass recruitment teams such as supermarket chains. The startup began last February and quickly found demand during the pandemic, signing its first client without writing code and generating revenue within five months. Less than a year after launching, the company says it is near profitability. Hirio targets large low-skilled hiring markets, specifically citing the US market of over 70 million low-skilled workers where many employers still use Excel. To expand more aggressively into international markets, the company raised external capital and closed the round in five days. The fundraise was facilitated by Kiev startup hub LIFT99.
