HiveBox operates a last‑mile logistics parcel‑locker network and is focused on expanding and deepening its terminal network layout. The company said the financing is intended to help it quickly capture advantageous last‑mile locations, provide higher‑quality service and experience, and improve terminal efficiency. HiveBox is held through HiveBox Holdings Limited (丰巢开曼), in which SF Holding (顺丰控股) participates via its overseas wholly owned subsidiary Liangyue Co., Ltd. The company completed an equity financing that issued new ordinary shares and created a pool of shares reserved for employee equity incentives. Existing shareholders did not participate in the new share subscription, resulting in dilution of SF Holding’s stake. Ikai Capital (易凯资本) served as exclusive financial advisor on the transaction.
