HMB Avication is building a 263-acre eco-friendly, helicopter-based ultra-luxury resort in Fogang, China, featuring villas, hot springs, a mountain-peak water park and multiple service districts. The project includes a dedicated helicopter network and a command and maintenance centre, supported by a strategic alliance that grants exclusive licensing rights in the Asia Pacific with a leading helicopter manufacturer. The resort will host amenities such as a 5-star hotel, commercial district, medical centre, wellness and spa facilities, fitness clubs, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian ranch, pilot training and entertainment venues. Management positions the helicopter network as a solution to worsening traffic, enabling rapid commuting and aiming to be a first mover — described as a de-facto monopoly in the lower air space market. The development is projected as a US$50M total project, with round-one funding completed at US$25M and a second round now open to investors. The project expects to create approximately 1,000 jobs and undertake significant local infrastructure improvements.
