Overview
HMS develops AI smart cameras under the SiNGRAY brand and a cloud-collaborative AI platform called SiNGRAY NET, targeting robotics, FA, factories, retail, hospitals and transport infrastructure. The company builds both hardware and software—including VSLAM/SLAM-capable 3D sensors and AI processors—and ships devices for robots, AGVs and inspection systems. Its product lineup includes the SiNGRAY A series and the StereoPro module (adopted for Canon IT Solutions' Vision-based Navigation Software), and the company reports cumulative sales of more than 24,000 units. HMS also offers industry-focused cloud services such as StoreSense for retail analytics and plans expansion into construction and logistics. The firm received a national SBIR Phase 3 award (¥290M) to develop a rebar inspection automation system and is investing in further product and service development. Founded in September 2018 and headquartered in Fukuoka, HMS aims to scale its device-and-service solution to broaden affordable AI adoption among smaller businesses.
