Customers can use a free basic plan and pay $599 at closing, or choose premium and platinum plans costing up to $2,999; à la carte services include transaction management, 3D walkthroughs, professional photography, agent offer review and online ad campaigns. All services are delivered online and virtually, and the company says its approach shortens median days on market from 16 to 9 and saves sellers an average of $21,000. To date HomeLister says it has helped sell more than 3,750 homes totaling over $1.9 billion and saved clients an estimated $77.5 million in equity. The company grew revenue by over 3x from 2020 to 2021 and increased market share by 450% in the same period. HomeLister currently operates in 17 states, plans to expand into six others including South Carolina, Illinois and Michigan in 2022, and aims to be in all 50 states while adding services such as title services and automated transaction management.
