Homelyfe is a London-based insurance tech startup that develops an app for buying insurance, getting quotes, and reviewing multiple policies. The company plans to add multiple general insurance lines starting early next year, beginning with home insurance. It raised £2.4 million in a funding round led by Talis Capital and Peterson Ventures, and says the new funds will be used to follow an “aggressive” product roadmap. CEO Peter Goodman says the firm's vision is to build an insurance solution around the needs of the modern consumer and to improve customer centricity and pricing transparency.
