Homepilot is a digital real-estate agency dedicated to rental and property management that develops its own technologies. It operates a hybrid model combining a digital platform using automation and big data with expert real-estate advisors. The company offers end-to-end services including remote HD virtual visits — today 100% of its rental listings have virtual visits. Three years after launch, Homepilot manages over €600 million of real-estate assets comprising more than 2,000 homes, offices and commercial units across France. The startup recorded revenue growth of over 140% and recruited about ten people in 2020. The new funding will be used to continue developing its rental-management solution and to reinforce its team.
