Honey Health embeds specialized AI agent teams into provider systems, including most EHRs, to autonomously complete complex administrative workflows without manual handoffs or separate interfaces. Its agents automate high-volume tasks such as data fetching, note preparation, orders and refills, fax triage, and prior authorizations. The company uses a proprietary Loop framework and Hive protocol to onboard quickly to EHRs and understand each organization's workflows. Launched in December, Honey is already working with over 100 organizations and has helped them save millions in administrative costs.
