Founded in 2024 in Marseille, Hoppi is an online matching platform that connects physicians looking for shifts or posts with hospitals, clinics, EHPADs and other care centers. The company publishes job listings for free and charges recruiters roughly €100 per replacement day completed through its matching service, while not intervening in salary negotiations, contracting or payments. By 2025 Hoppi had relayed 2,000 job listings from 400 establishments and employed seven collaborators, reporting €200,000 in revenue for 2025. Management plans to quadruple listings, expand across France (including public hospitals and interim offers), and recruit additional staff to support growth. Targets for 2026 include €700k–€800k in revenue, 500 establishments using the app and 20,000 physicians on the platform. Longer-term plans include launching a pharmacist-focused subsidiary, enabling placements in under-served cities, pursuing internationalization and raising another funding round around 2028.
