Its platform combines machine learning and HR metrics to provide talent mapping, talent planning, candidate insights and benchmarking for sourcing, onboarding, diversity and inclusion, rewards and benefits, and workforce planning. The company serves large organisations including Coca-Cola, EDF Energy, Manpower, Indeed, Jaguar Land Rover, The UK Home Office, Virgin Media, eBay, Accenture, Specsavers, NetworkRail, ManpowerGroup Solutions, HM Revenue & Customs and Zurich. LDC made a private equity investment to support Horsefly’s international growth and to further strengthen its US footprint. The transaction was described as a successful exit and a strong return for existing investor Mercia. Founder Will Crandle said the funding will help take the business to the next level after rapid recent expansion and significant inroads into the US market.
