Hospitable is a San-Francisco-based software company that offers an end-to-end toolkit for short-term rental hosts and property managers. Launched in 2016, the platform automates guest messaging through AI, optimizes nightly rates, manages rental agreements and deposits, coordinates cleaning and maintenance teams, and enables hosts to create direct-booking websites with integrated payments and property protection. The company has recently doubled down on artificial-intelligence capabilities, including a $250 k agreement with OpenAI, and introduced Hospitable Academy and the Hospitable Hosts Community to educate and connect its user base. Hospitable reports more than 18,000 active customers in 119 countries, a 2025 annual run-rate revenue of $22 million (46 % YTD growth), and a 75 % gross profit margin. In 2024 alone, the platform processed $4.6 billion in reservation income for users. The 111-person team operates fully remotely across 31 countries and is led by founder and CEO Pierre-Camille Hamana. The new capital will be used to deepen AI investments, expand platform functionality, and bolster reliability and customer support.
