HousApp began as a property viewing scheduler and has evolved into an AI assistant designed to automate administrative tasks and manage workflows for real estate agents. The company aims to support agents across the full sales process, from first interaction with a seller to the final property transfer. HousApp serves a mix of customers including independent agents, boutique agencies and large brokerage chains. Earlier this year it expanded its presence in the Dutch market through the acquisition of proptech company Friva. With the new funding, HousApp plans to accelerate product development and grow its engineering team to scale the platform. The company positions itself as a platform to reduce administrative burden on agents so they can spend more time with clients.
