Overview
HR DataHub provides a comparison platform that lets companies benchmark pay and benefits, retention and recruitment, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion against competitors. Companies share their data to build industry insights and the platform already includes 160 organisations, including Siemens, Euro Garages, EDF, Network Rail and Marks & Spencer. The company plans to increase customer numbers to over 500 within the next five years and to triple the size of its team in the next eighteen months. The fresh funding will be used to further enhance the platform and add new levels of sophistication. HR DataHub was founded in 2018 and is UK-based. Annual recurring revenue has been doubling each year and is currently over £650,000. HR DataHub is a London-based external HR benchmarking platform led by MD David Whitfield. The platform provides benchmarking and insights to help organizations tackle board-level HR issues including reward, diversity, employee relations, recruitment, engagement, talent, learning & development, HR efficiency, and gender and ethnicity pay gaps. It collaborates with blue-chip organisations such as Transport for London, Dixons Carphone plc, EDF plc, Schroders Personal Wealth and Heathrow Airport on sector-led Ethnicity Forums. The company raised £1m in seed funding to further develop and scale the platform both domestically and internationally. HR DataHub intends to use the capital to expand its benchmarking capabilities and international reach.
