Overview
Hubble is a technology company serving the built environment sector. It has developed a progress-to-payment platform that integrates construction management with financial services, enabling property developers and contractors to execute early payments based on verifiable progress data. The platform provides liquidity to the construction supply chain by allowing subcontractors to request on-demand early payments through streamlined applications, transparent fees, and quick funding. Hubble secured a USD 5 million private debt facility from AlteriQ Global. The funding will accelerate growth of its financial services division. Hubble's product focuses on improving cash flow and payment transparency for developers, contractors, and subcontractors. Hubble is a software platform designed to unify architects, construction firms, contractors and suppliers and digitalize operations across the building life cycle. It integrates design, fabrication and construction workflows and offers features such as biometric facial identity management, fleet management, automatic floorplan reading, real-time alerts for high-risk activities, and sentiment detection during negotiations. The platform supports coordination and tracking of PPVC (prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction) deliveries to speed up assembly and installation. Hubble says it has signed up more than 1,000 companies and employs 51 people, mostly software engineers. It won a bid to design a COVID-19 safety platform for construction sites and delivered it in three months, which helped onboard many users. The company has been awarded a grant from Singapore’s BCA and IMDA and is positioning its product to drive integrated digital delivery and wider adoption across the conservative construction sector.
