Overview
Hubble is a subscription software platform that organizes job openings, candidate pipelines and interview stages while using AI to cross-reference resumes with job requirements and highlight bottlenecks. The product was developed internally at Grupo Hub over three years and launched as a separate company led by Victor Fazzio and Rafael Souza, starting commercial tests with 10 clients. Pricing includes an entry plan of about R$300 per month, tiered plans for medium companies and bespoke pricing or white-label contracts for large customers. The company targets small and medium enterprises initially and focuses early go-to-market efforts on technology, financial services and mining sectors. Founders estimate the platform can cut 40–60% of recruiters’ operational workload and aim for 50–100 clients and about R$1 million in revenue in year one. Hubble can also call on Grupo Hub’s recruiters to provide human support on stalled searches, and the parent group reported R$27 million in revenue in 2025 and was founded in 2014.
