Huevos Guillén is a Valencian poultry group that produces eggs and is a main supplier to Mercadona. The company is scaling its free-range production with a planned new farm in Ribera del Fresno (Badajoz) designed to house 320,000 birds in eight laying houses. That facility is projected to yield over 8 million dozen eggs annually. Huevos Guillén has outlined a broader growth plan involving €200M of investment over the next four years to expand capacity toward a goal of 10 million hens by 2030. CEO Joaquín Guillén emphasized that the strategic partnership with CEX Capital provides financial backing and regional business expertise. The company is executing this expansion in partnership with CEX Capital, which provided an €18M investment for the Ribera del Fresno project.
