Its products are sold in over 80 countries and regions through more than 70 international distributors, with over 700 active installations worldwide. In 2023 the company signed agreements with RaySearch Laboratories and Xinhua Medical related to global LINAC (linear accelerator) business. 惠影医疗 plans to use the new proceeds to accelerate global commercialization of linear accelerators and intraoperative radiotherapy and to deepen its tumor radiotherapy device product and market footprint. Huiying Medical, founded in January 2019, focuses on R&D, introduction, manufacturing and global sales of tumor radiotherapy and imaging diagnostic medical devices. Since launch it has formed joint ventures and strategic agreements to secure technology and market access, including a China JV with Eckert & Ziegler BEBIG for high-dose afterloading brachytherapy systems and a China JV with US firm QT Imaging to develop 3D breast tumor diagnostic ultrasound. In 2020 the company signed a legally binding LOI to acquire 51% of Eckert & Ziegler BEBIG’s global high-dose afterloading brachytherapy business, further reinforcing its technical base. The company emphasizes providing affordable early diagnosis and precision treatment for cancer patients and aims to accelerate its global layout. Recent fundraising will support expanded work in tumor radiotherapy and imaging diagnostics.
