Hukkster is an ecommerce startup that allows online shoppers to mark items on retailer sites and receive alerts when prices drop. The app integrates with fashion brands and stores from Asos.com to Nordstrom.com. At the time of reporting it had about 10,000 monthly active users. The company intends to use recent funding to complete development of its mobile application and expand marketing efforts. Co‑founded by Erica Bell and Katie Finnegan, Hukkster is based in New York City. According to the WSJ it raised $1M in funding led by the Winklevoss Capital Fund with participation from other angel investors.
